We know moving can be stressful, which is why we’ve made opening and closing your Metergy account as quick and simple as possible.
You are responsible for your suite’s utility charges the day you take possession (if you own), or on your move-in date (if you rent).

Submit a signed Customer Services Agreement
Call our Customer Care Centre at 1 866-449-4423
Once your account is setup, you will receive a confirmation letter or email with your account number and customer verification number. Using this, you can register for MyMetergy online portal.
Learn more about your first bill >Even if you’ve already moved out, you are still responsible for all charges on your Metergy account until it’s closed.

Close your account one month before moving out.
Provide your move-out date
Provide a forwarding address, so that we can mail a final bill and/or refund cheque for any amount remaining on your account.
