MOVING IN OR OUT?

We know moving can be stressful, which is why we’ve made opening and closing your Metergy account as quick and simple as possible.

MOVING IN

You are responsible for your suite’s utility charges the day you take possession (if you own), or on your move-in date (if you rent).

There are 3 ways to open a new Metergy account:

Complete the online New Service Setup form

Call our Customer Care Centre at 1 866-449-4423

Once your account is setup, you will receive a confirmation letter or email with your account number and customer verification number. Using this, you can register for MyMetergy online portal.

MOVING Out

Even if you’ve already moved out, you are still responsible for all charges on your Metergy account until it’s closed.

There are 2 ways to close your Metergy account:

Complete the moving out form in MyMetergy

Call our Customer Care Centre at 1 866-449-4423

Additionally, you will also need to:

Close your account one month before moving out.

Provide your move-out date

Provide a forwarding address, so that we can mail a final bill and/or refund cheque for any amount remaining on your account.
