Please note, you are still accountable for paying your Metergy Solutions bill on time, regardless of mailing delays. Failing to make a payment prior to the listed bill due date will result in late fees.

To view your bill and make a payment, login to your MyMetergy account at mymetergysolutions.com.

How to switch to Paperless Billing

To avoid future postal service delays, we encourage you to enroll in paperless billing to receive your monthly bill statement and other communications via email.

  1. Log in to your MyMetergy account at mymetergysolutions.com.
  2. On the MyAccount page, scroll down to the Billing Services section.
  3. Click on Paperless Billing and follow the prompts to activate.

How to Register for Pre-Authorized Payments

To make managing your payments easier, consider pre-authorized payments, a secure and convenient way to ensure your bill is paid automatically every month. Here’s how to set it up:

  1. Log in to your MyMetergy account at mymetergysolutions.com.
  2. On the My Account page, scroll down to the Billing Services section.
  3. Click on AutoPay and follow the simple prompts to activate your automatic payment.

Once activated, your payments will be made on time, automatically, each month.
